We are only able to accept a product for a refund, replacement or credit where there has been a major failure, such as:
- The product has been wrongly described.
- The product does not meet the “fitness of purpose”.
- When the product has been assessed and found faulty.
- Shipment fees for returning the product are to be paid by the buyer.
- You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange, refund or store credit.
- Items being returned must not have been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error.
- All returned part must be unused and in their original condition, including all items and components that were included in the original package.

- Devolución de artículo en condición original
Devuelve el artículo en su condición y empaque originales, junto con su recibo o factura original, dentro de los primeros 14 días naturales a partir de la fecha de compra para solicitar su reembolso. Los artículos deben contener todos los instructivos, manuales y/o accesorios originales indicados en el empaque. La solicitud de devolución será negada si el artículos fue utilizado y/o instalado. El comprador paga el flete de la devolución. - Reembolsos
